Asli Turan, Turkish actress and doctoral student, has been in residence at ARIA, in Corsica, for a month at the beginning of 2024 as part of an Odyssée residency.
In her work, the artist seeks to combine the forms and narrative techniques of her culture with modern stories and vice versa.
During her residency, Asli Turan was able to finish writing her current theatre/performance text entitled ‘CLOSURE’. She was also able to be on stage to rehearse the performance that accompanies this text.
