Training - Hybrid economic models

La Chartreuse de Neuville is launching its first training day on Tuesday the 4th of March 2025 on the search for and coordination of private and public funding with own revenues. The objectives of this day are to identify and master the rules for obtaining and combining public subsidies, patronage and donations from individuals!

With 15 years of multidimensional experience in setting up hybrid projects, La Chartreuse de Neuville can help you structure your funding strategy to mobilise public and private resources and donations.

By the end of this training day, participants will have strengthened their fundraising and solicitation strategies for different funders, acquired the operating rules between public subsidies, patronage and private funding, and will be able to assess the risks, opportunities and feasibility of hybridising an economic model.

This training is intended for project leaders and managers of associations or organisations in the social and solidarity economy. It requires that participants already have experience in project management and a basic knowledge of project financing, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office or equivalent.
